Yeah.. today is tue meaning is training time!!! So happy.. long time didnt have training liao!! As usual, run 3 rounds then warm up follow by conditioning.. I love the stunt the most.. haha!!! Guess what? we are going to perform on the 19th of july.. So excited man!!! Must practice hard!! We can do it!! ^^ oh.. i did shoulder stand just now.. WOOHOO!!! Yes.. i thought i'll not be able to do that.. now i can le.. LOCK LOCK LOCK!!!! Larry our senior also helped us to video down.. will post it here soon.. =D
