Today did some achievement. First i went to gym then at about 6++ we start our training. During training, we kept doing straight toss, after that we practise toss up to hand. The first one was damn smooth and nicely done. To me it was quite perfect sia. After that the rest of the toss up erm.. haha!! you know.. At around 7 plus ken's shi fu, ruth, the other guy and the girl came. Forgot their names. haha! They are awesome!! They corrected me a lot of my mistakes. My super bad point is that i kept moving forward. We took down photos. But was using ken's shi fu's camera so need to wait for ken to send me. haha!! Anyway, i want to thanks ken and his friends! Thanks a lot! ^-^
