YEAH!!! had a fruitful training today!! Hmm.. everyone's morale seems high!!!! Which was a good thing man!!! Keep it this way so training will be fun!! Well, before training manage to did a few toss up to hand! Went up le. AWESOME! Then at night did backtuck at the old jump mats. WOOHOO!! Scare but no choice!! In order to master have to overcome it.. PRACTISE HARD EVERYONE!! ^_^

P.S. It's coming back!! I can feel it now!
