Today is a bad day! Butt, back, wirst, stomach pain. Damn sian!!! But still had a fruitful say!! Learnt front tuck dismount from 2-2-1. kinda cool! haha!! next time will be the real 2-2-1 dismount! haha!! Everyone did an awesome job! People willing to learn and practise! Good job!! We got to mug harder!! YES!
My baby is sick today! so poor thing!! pls rest more and eat your med! stop exercising! It's not good to exercise when you're sick! Please! you can exercise all you want when you recover!
