Haven't blogged for quite a while. Have been training everyday. Well, i manage to do my back hand spring on ground. Even though wasn't very good but then still did improve a bit. Also, our routine also getting better just have to be more sharper. right now still not good enough to compete with the best. Therefore we have to practice harder!
